Your personal brand online

  

This is a post from my Posterous. It seemed to strike a chord, prompting some good discussion, both in the comments of the post and on Twitter.   

Since setting myself the task of building my online presence, portfolio and brand, the conundrum of separating personal and professional personas has been making me increasingly uneasy. I’ve been thinking about it a lot.
